Fort Collins Brand DESIGNERS create a modern and Rocky Mountain themed brand for Trailblazer Advantage
We know we say this about every project, but this is probably one of our most favorite logo projects to date. We got to partner with our good friends over at Trailblazer Advantage to create this beautiful Rocky Mountain inspired logo that is sure to catch some eyes. From the topographical inspired backgrounds to the clean and modern mountain logomark, this brand embodies the mission of Trailblazer to help minority-owned businesses in the mountain west break into the political landscape.
The Brief
Trailblazer Advantage came to Agave Studio looking for a modern logo that could be easily recognizable. The main focus was to be some sort of mountain silhouette to represent the company’s roots in the mountain west. Trailblazer also requested the color purple be used to represent the company’s mission statement to represent minority owned businesses in the political arena.
The Process
After putting together the main components of the logo into two different options, the brand designers at Agave Studio presented their initial concepts to Trailblazer. Both were similar, but had different vibes to them and our goal is to make clients think about what they want to represent their business. Certain subtleties in colors and fonts can really convey different thoughts and emotions. Eventually, the team decided to go with the logo below.
The Result
The result is a clean and modern logo with a hint of 70’s après ski to represent Trailblazer. The mountain silhouette motif evokes the Rocky Mountains and the bright, eye-popping colors draw your attention. The fonts are not only easy to read but also stylish and complement the clean lines of the logo. The team at Trailblazer wanted to add in a topographical pattern and Agave delivered in three different colors to complement each logo variation.
