New Logo & Squarespace Website For Fort Collins Property Manager

Agave Studio creates a simple and modern brand for Northern Colorado property management business

We had the pleasure of working with our dear friend and neighbor Tara on her brand new website for her new venture, T Square Property Management. We created a simple and modern brand for T Square by playing a bit off of the name and pairing it with two classic fonts. How did we do it? Check out our process below.

The Brief

We have to say, Tara had to have been one of our best clients to date. She came to us with a great idea for her own property management company and the name, which was a play off her initials. We sat down with Tara and discussed her needs for her brand, and decided a simple and modern logo was the way to go. She came to us with the idea of having two letter T’s create a square, but we needed to find the right font and color combination to really make it stand out.

The PRocess

We went through our brand identity process with Tara, and settled on a beautiful copper color with a rich blue that was also on the purple-side. We usually give our clients two options for colors and logo styles, and the other option Tara decided against was more of a navy with gold accents. We agreed the blue-purple and copper with white was definitely the way to go. It was fresh, modern and pairing the colors with Bely Display was a no-brainer for our design team.

After the brand was finalized, we moved on to creating a simple one page Squarespace website for T Square. This was to function as an online business card for people to find T Square and inquire about property management services. Pretty straightforward! The expert Squarespace designers made record time in setting up Tara’s site and we had it finished in about a week.

The REsult

The result is a modern and eye-catching brand that shows off T Square’s unique personality and allows visitors to easily learn about Tara’s services as a property manager. The ease of Squarespace allowed Agave Studio to create a beautiful website for T Square and launch it in under a month. We’re pretty speedy, not to toot our own horns.
